Things change when a friend signs you up for a Charity 5k Against your will. You might experience elation, excitement, trepidation and anxiety. If you're not naturally a runner, you might find yourself spending a lot more time outside. Because of this time outside you might find yourself encountering animals you've never seen in real life before.
